At the Center for Excellence in Public/Government Service (CFE), we are dedicated to empowering students at Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) to become transformational leaders in government and civic engagement.

A.T.I. Summer Leadership Training Application
Excellence, Purpose, Integrity
“The Summer Institute readies HBCU scholars for government roles with internships and mentorship. A.T.I. Summer Leadership Training is a 3-year program to prepare HBCU scholars for public service. Application requirements include a resume, two recommendation letters, transcript, and responses. Scholars commit to two years of training and internships for hands-on preparation after graduation.”
